05:15 PM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marti Technologies ( MRT ) said late Monday it has appointed Cenk Ozeker as its chief financial officer, effective May 14.

Ozeker replaces Marti's former interim CFO, Deniz Terlemez, the Istanbul-based company said. Ozeker joined from Newport Shipping UK, where he served as managing director.
