Martin Midstream Partners Receives Non-Binding Takeover Offer From Martin Resource Management for $3.05 per Share

09:56 AM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Martin Midstream Partners ( MMLP ) said Friday that Martin Resource Management Corporation has made a non-binding proposal to acquire all of the outstanding common units of Martin Midstream Partners ( MMLP ) it does not already own for $3.05 per unit in cash.

The proposed deal is subject to approval by the conflicts committee of the board of directors of Martin Midstream ( MMLP ), which is the general partner of Martin Midstream Partners ( MMLP ).

Shares of Martin Midstream Partners ( MMLP ) were up nearly 2% in recent Friday trading.

Price: 3.05, Change: +0.05, Percent Change: +1.67
