Marvell Technology Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q4 Guidance Issued; Shares Fall After Hours

04:19 PM EST, 12/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marvell Technology ( MRVL ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.76 per diluted share, up from $0.43 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.74.

Net revenue for the quarter that ended Nov. 1 was $2.07 billion, up from $1.52 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.07 billion.

The company expects fiscal Q4 non-GAAP diluted net income of $0.79 per diluted share, plus or minus $0.05. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.79.

The company expects net revenue for fiscal Q4 of $2.20 billion, plus or minus 5%. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.18 billion.

Shares of Marvell Technology ( MRVL ) were down 4.6% in after-hours activity.
