Marvell Technology, Nvidia Partner to Provide AI Infrastructure Tools

03:54 AM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marvell Technology ( MRVL ) said Monday it is partnering with Nvidia (NVDA) to offer Nvidia NVLink Fusion AI infrastructure development technology to customers using its custom cloud platform silicon.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The partnership aims to combine the two companies' expertise in system and semiconductor design and advanced process manufacturing, Marvell ( MRVL ) said.
