07:33 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marwest Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (MAR-UN.V) over the weekend said its Trustees approved an increase of about 10% over the current distributions payable to $0.001425 monthly per trust unit of the REIT, starting June.

The cash distribution equals $0.0171 per trust unit on an annualized basis.

The company added that the cash distributions will be made on July 15 to unitholders of record on June 30.
