08:30 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Masco ( MAS ) said Thursday it has named Jonathon Nudi its chief executive and president, effective July 7.

Nudi succeeds Keith Allman, who is retiring, the company said.

Nudi was previously the group president of the pet, international, and North America foodservice divisions at General Mills ( GIS ) , Masco ( MAS ) said.

Masco's ( MAS ) shares were up 4.2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
