Masco to Sell Kichler Lighting Business for $125 Million

09:53 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Masco ( MAS ) said Tuesday that it signed a definitive deal to sell its Kichler Lighting business to a Kingswood Capital Management affiliate for about $125 million, subject to customary adjustments.

Masco ( MAS ) said it expects to close the sale before the end of the year.
