Masimo Closes Sale of Consumer Audio Business to Harman

09:43 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Masimo ( MASI ) said Tuesday it closed the sale of its Sound United consumer audio business to Samsung Electronics unit Harman International.

At the completion of the deal on Tuesday, Masimo ( MASI ) received consideration of about $328 million in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments, according to a Tuesday regulatory filing.
