Masimo Names Michelle Brennan as Interim Chief Executive; Reiterates Q3 Guidance

09:42 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Masimo ( MASI ) said Wednesday that Michelle Brennan has been named as interim chief executive, replacing Joe Kiani, who has resigned.

Brennan, who joined Masimo's ( MASI ) board in 2023, previously served as a senior executive at Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Masimo ( MASI ) said

Additionally, Masimo ( MASI ) reiterated its Q3 non-GAAP earnings guidance of $0.81 to $0.86 per diluted share on revenue of $495 million to $515 million.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect adjusted EPS $0.84 on revenue of $502.5 million.

Masimo ( MASI ) shares were more than 5% higher in recent trading.
