08:45 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Masimo ( MASI ) said Monday the US Food and Drug Administration cleared its over-the-counter version of its baby monitoring system Stork for use with healthy babies up to 18 months old.

The company said the sensor, which is embedded in a medical-grade silicone boot that conforms to a baby's foot, has been cleared for spot-checking and continuous monitoring of vital signs in infants and neonates in home settings.
