10:25 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Masonite International ( DOOR ) said Wednesday that it has entered into a deal to sell all assets associated with its Architectural segment to subsidiaries of IBP Solutions, a newly formed portfolio company of Industrial Opportunity Partners.

The transaction is set to close in Q2, the company said.

Financial details were not disclosed.
