MasTec Unit IEA Energy Services Launching Tender Offer for 6.625% Senior Notes Due 2029

09:13 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MasTec ( MTZ ) said Wednesday its IEA Energy Services unit has started a cash tender offer for its $225.1 million of 6.625% senior notes due 2029.

The tender offer is slated to end at 5 pm ET.
