08:18 AM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MasterBrand ( MBC ) said Thursday it completed the buyout of Supreme Cabinetry Brands from GHK Capital Partners for $520 million in cash.

The deal will likely be accretive to adjusted diluted earnings within the first full year upon completion, the company said, adding that it would likely deliver annual run-rate cost synergies of $28 million by the end of the third year.
