MasterCraft Boat Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Issued

08:21 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MasterCraft Boat Holdings ( MCFT ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.40 per diluted share, up from $0.04 a year earlier.

An analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.40.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $79.5 million, compared with $54.3 million a year earlier.

The analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $79.5 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company said it expects adjusted EPS of $1.15 to $1.40.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.19.

Net sales for the year are anticipated in the range of $295 million to $310 million, the MasterCraft Boat ( MCFT ) said.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect 325.3 million.

For fiscal Q1, the company said it expects adjusted EPS of $0.16 on net sales of about $67 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.25 and $74.7 million, respectively.

MasterCraft Boat ( MCFT ) shares were up more than 17% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
