Matador Resources' $700 Million Cash Tender Offer Expires

09:55 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Matador Resources Company ( MTDR ) said Tuesday that its cash tender offer to buy approximately $700 million worth of 5.875% senior notes due 2026 expired Monday.

The oil and gas company said that approximately 80% of the notes were validly tendered and not validly withdrawn.

Price: 67.67, Change: +0.19, Percent Change: +0.28
