08:31 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Matador Resources ( MTDR ) said Thursday that William Lambert has been named chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Lambert has previously served as deputy chief financial officer and chief of strategy, the company said.

Matador also said that Bryan Erman has been promoted to co-president, chief legal officer and head of merger and acquisitions from general counsel and head of M&A previously.
