Matador Resources to buy Ameredev unit for $1.91 bln

June 12 (Reuters) - Matador Resources ( MTDR ) said on

Wednesday that it will buy a unit of Ameredev II Parent,

including certain oil and natural gas producing properties and

undeveloped acreage in New Mexico and Texas, for about $1.91

billion.
