Match Group Adds Kelly Campbell to Board; Reaches Agreement with Anson Funds

11:48 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Match Group ( MTCH ) said Tuesday that Kelly Campbell, former president of Comcast ( CMCSA ) unit (CMCSA) NBCUniversal's Peacock, will join its board of directors at the 2025 annual meeting.

With Campbell's election, more than a third of Match Group's ( MTCH ) directors will be new over the past year, the company said.

Meanwhile, Match Group ( MTCH ) and Anson Funds have signed an information-sharing agreement as part of their ongoing collaboration. In response, Anson Funds has withdrawn its director nominations and proposal to declassify the board, Match Group ( MTCH ) said.

At the upcoming annual meeting, shareholders will vote on Match Group's ( MTCH ) proposal to declassify the board, the company added.

Shares of Match Group ( MTCH ) fell 1.2% in recent trading.
