Match Group Q4 Earnings, Revenue Decline; Sets 2025, Q1 Outlook -- Shares Fall After Hours

05:14 PM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Match Group ( MTCH ) reported Q4 earnings late Tuesday of $0.59 per diluted share, down from $0.81 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.55.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $860.2 million, down from $866.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $857.1 million.

The company said it expects Q1 revenue of $820 million to $830 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $852 million.

For 2025, the company projects revenue of $3.38 billion to $3.50 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.49 billion.

Match said its board maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, payable April 17 to stockholders of record as of April 3.

Shares of the company fell about 8% in recent after-hours activity.
