Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a $0.12 loss.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $809.5 million, down from $814.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $832.9 million.
For fiscal 2024, the toy company is projecting EPS of $1.35 to $1.45 on revenue comparable to its $5.44 billion in 2023 sales.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking for $1.39 and $5.43 billion, respectively.
