04:35 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Matthews International ( MATW ) said Monday that its division Matthews Memorialization has acquired the Dodge Company for $57 million.

Dodge provides embalming chemicals and supplies in North America, and sells a variety of other related products to funeral homes.

The company's Chief Executive Officer, Tim Collison, will continue to lead Dodge as part of Matthews.
