Matthews International Prices $300 Million Offering of Notes Due 2027

10:22 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Matthews International ( MATW ) priced a private offering of $300 million of 8.625% senior secured second lien notes due 2027.

The offering is set to close Friday, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Price: 23.29, Change: +0.20, Percent Change: +0.87
