05:44 PM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Maui Land & Pineapple ( MLP ) said late Wednesday it has created a subcommittee to identify options for the potential sale or lease of its water source and infrastructure assets.

The review and marketing of certain assets for sale began in early 2025, the company said, adding that it has not set a timetable for concluding its evaluation.
