05:40 PM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mawson Infrastructure Group ( MIGI ) said late Monday it named Ryan Costello as board chair, effective April 9, succeeding Greg Martin.

Costello has served as a board member since October, the company said.

Mawson Infrastructure ( MIGI ) said Martin will continue as a nonexecutive board member.
