Mawson Infrastructure Says US Court Dismissed Involuntary Bankruptcy Petition Against Company

01:47 PM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mawson Infrastructure ( MIGI ) said Tuesday that the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware dismissed a bankruptcy petition filed against Mawson, clearing the way for the company to recover fees and damages from creditors who filed the case.

The bankruptcy petition dismissal is expected to relieve downward pressure on Mawson stock and provide the company with greater liquidity, Mawson Interim Chief Executive Officer Kaliste Saloom said.

Shares of the company were down almost 9% in recent Tuesday trading.
