05:18 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Maxeon Solar Technologies ( MAXN ) said Tuesday that it received a non-compliance notice from the Nasdaq Global Select Market for failing to timely file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023.

Maxeon said it has until July 16 to file a plan to regain compliance.

The company also said it delayed for a second time the release of its Q4 and Q1 results to May 30 from May 23.

"The additional time is necessary to complete the company's preparation of its annual and quarterly reports and to provide the market with a comprehensive business update," Maxeon said.
