Maxeon Solar Technologies' CEO Bill Mulligan to Retire; Names George Guo as Successor

09:39 AM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Maxeon Solar Technologies ( MAXN ) said Wednesday Chief Executive Bill Mulligan will retire at the end of January.

The company named George Guo as Mulligan's successor, and as a member of its board of directors effective Oct. 11, and said Mulligan will help with the transition until his departure.
