09:23 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Maxeon Solar Technologies ( MAXN ) and Tongwei Solar said Monday that they have settled their patent disputes.

The companies also said they signed a cross-licensing agreement related to shingled solar cell and module technology. The agreement became effective Nov. 30.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shares of Maxeon Solar ( MAXN ) were down 1.7% in recent premarket activity.
