06:55 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Maximus ( MMS ) announced Wednesday it has authorized an expansion of its share repurchase program to $400 million.

The authorization includes around $32.7 million of availability remaining under its existing stock buyback program, the company said.

The program has no specified expiration date, the company said.
