Mayfair Gold Announced Certain Employees May Withdraw Notices of Termination under Change of Control to Continue Employment with the Co

07:52 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mayfair Gold Corp. ( MFGCF ) , which rose 2.5% last Friday, over the weekend announced that it has received correspondence from all Terminating Employees except CEO Patrick Evans, that they may be willing to rescind their Terminating Notices and direct that their respective portions of the Change of Control Payment, totaling approximately $2.47 million, be returned to the company if acceptable settlement terms are reached.
