Maze Therapeutics to Raise $150 Million in Private Placement; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

07:58 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Maze Therapeutics ( MAZE ) said Thursday it has agreed to sell about 4 million common shares at $16.25 each and about 5.2 million pre-funded warrants at $16.249 each in an oversubscribed private placement for gross proceeds of about $150 million.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close Friday, will be used to advance clinical trials, research and discovery programs, as well as general corporate purposes.

Maze Therapeutics ( MAZE ) shares were up more than 31% in recent Thursday premarket activity.

Price: 21.00, Change: +4.98, Percent Change: +31.09
