McCormick Chair Lawrence Kurzius to Retire; CEO Brendan Foley Named Successor

09:10 AM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- McCormick ( MKC ) said Monday that Executive Chairman Lawrence Kurzius will retire as chair on Dec. 31.

Chief Executive and President Brendan Foley will succeed Kurzius while retaining his current duties on Jan. 1, the company said.
