McCormick Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings Unchanged, Revenue Rises; Full-Year Outlook Reaffirmed

07:01 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- McCormick ( MKC ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.69 per diluted share, the same as a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.65.

Net sales for the quarter ended May 31 were $1.66 billion, up from $1.64 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.66 billion.

For fiscal 2025, the company continues to expect adjusted EPS of $3.03 to $3.08. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.02.

McCormick ( MKC ) said it still expects full-year sales to be in a range of flat to up 2%.

The company's shares were up 3.9% in recent premarket activity.
