McCormick's Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Net Sales Fall; Fiscal 2024 Outlook Reaffirmed

06:59 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- McCormick ( MKC ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.69 per diluted share, up from $0.60 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.59.

Net sales for the quarter ended May 31 were $1.64 billion, down from $1.66 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.63 billion.

McCormick ( MKC ) said it continues to expect fiscal 2024 adjusted EPS of $2.80 to $2.85 and flat to a 2% decline in net sales. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect adjusted EPS of $2.86 on sales of $6.67 billion.
