McDonald's Collaborates With Lopez Foods, Syngenta for Sustainable Beef Production in US

07:00 AM EST, 11/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- McDonald's (MCD), Lopez Foods, and Syngenta North America said Thursday they have partnered to reduce greenhouse gas emissions per pound of meat produced and enhance beef production's sustainability.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The companies said they will use Syngenta's in-seed Enogen corn to increase feed efficiency.
