McKesson Closes $850 Million Acquisition of Controlling Stake in Prism Vision

09:31 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- McKesson (MCK) said Wednesday it has closed its acquisition of an 80% controlling interest in Prism Vision Holdings for about $850 million.

The acquisition will allow McKesson to develop a "leading retinal and ophthalmology platform," the company said.
