McKesson Fiscal Q4 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Rise; Plans Spin-Off of Medical-Surgical Unit

04:30 PM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- McKesson (MCK) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $10.12 per diluted share, up from $6.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $9.83.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $90.82 billion from $76.36 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $94.30 billion.

For its fiscal 2026, the company is projecting adjusted EPS of $36.75 to $37.55. Analysts are looking for $36.81.

McKesson on Thursday also disclosed plans to spin off its Medical-Surgical Solutions unit into a stand-alone company, stating it will provide further details on the timing and structure of the separation as the process advances.

The company's shares were up over 2% in recent after-hours activity.
