02:34 PM EDT, 08/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- McKinley Acquisition ( MKLYU ) said Tuesday that underwriters of its initial public offering fully exercised their overallotment option, purchasing an additional 2.25 million units and bringing total gross proceeds to $172.25 million.

McKinley's units, priced at $10 apiece and consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one right, began trading last week on Nasdaq under the symbol MKLYU.
