08:41 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- mdf commerce (MDF.TO) on Tuesday said that it has purchased California-based EcoInteractive, a software-as-a-service provider for transportation, environmental, and local government agencies in the U.S., from Alpine Software Group.

EcoInteractive's cloud-based SaaS software manages critical infrastructure portfolios in 25 states.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
