05:10 PM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MDU Resources Group ( MDU ) said Monday it appointed Anthony D. Foti as chief legal officer, starting Oct. 7.

Foti succeeds Paul Sanderson, who has been named as chief legal officer at Everus Construction Group, an MDU division that it plans to spin-off.

Foti joins MDU from Foot Locker (FL), where he most recently served as senior vice president, deputy general counsel, and corporate secretary, according to the company.
