MDU Resources Group Reaffirms 2024 Guidance; Expects to Spin-Off Construction Services Business in Late 2024

09:30 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MDU Resources Group ( MDU ) said Wednesday it continues to expect 2024 earnings from its regulated energy delivery businesses of between $170 million and $180 million.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for its construction services business are still expected to be $220 million to $240 million on construction services revenue of between $2.9 billion and $3.1 billion.

The energy delivery company said it expects the spin-off of its construction services business to close in late 2024.
