A lot of changes have been reported in consumer behaviour from across industry sectors over the past year. The personal care and beauty sectors were deeply affected as work from home, social distancing, and mask wearing became the norm and people started according a higher priority than ever before to personal health and wellness.

To understand if all these changes have had a lasting impact on companies and the possible strategic shifts they have had to make to cope, Anuradha SenGupta spoke to Amit Jain, managing director of L'Oreal India.
