From lockdown we have moved to the unlock period. Big strides are being taken to return to a pre-COVID normalcy. However can we go back to that normal or will this never-before-experience have a lasting impact on the way people think and behave? What are the changes and how deep do they go? Answers to these questions will help businesses find a way out of the current crisis.

Anuradha Sengupta spoke to Preeti Reddy, CEO South Asia insights division at Kantar, the market research and consulting business, to put a light on this.

Kantar has been associated with some of the milestone surveys and practises of market research in India. Across India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka it employs over 4500 people. Last year, Kantar conducted 8.6 million interviews across a host of surveys and studies.
