10:42 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MediaAlpha ( MAX ) said Monday it has appointed Amy Yeh as chief technology officer, effective immediately, as part of a planned leadership transition.

Yeh succeeds Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Eugene Nonko, who will transition to chief architect while remaining on the board to focus on the company's long-range technical vision, architectural initiatives, and innovation plans, according to MediaAlpha ( MAX ).

Yeh joined the company in 2015 and most recently served as senior vice president of technology, the company added.
