08:03 AM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MediPharm Labs ( MEDIF ) on Thursday said that the closing date for the $5.5 million sale of its Napanee Facility to Kensana Health has been extended to Jan. 31. The acquisition was expected to close on Jan.1.

Operations at Napanee continue without disruption, MediPharma said.

Kensana Health said acquisition of the Napanee facility supports its U.S. Food and Drug Administration registration process for a topical chronic wound treatment.
