04:28 PM EDT, 05/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- August J. Troendle, 10% Owner, Director, CEO, on May 24, 2024, sold 9,682 shares in Medpace Holdings ( MEDP ) for $3,828,058. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Troendle has control over a total of 5,387,675 shares of the company, with 654,656 shares held directly and 4,733,019 controlled indirectly.
