08:52 AM EDT, 04/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Medtronic ( MDT ) said Friday that the US Food and Drug Administration has approved its Inceptiv closed-loop rechargeable spinal cord stimulator to treat chronic pain.

The medical device maker said it will launch Inceptiv in the U.S. in the coming weeks. The proprietary spinal cord stimulator is already approved for sale in Europe and Japan, the company added.
