Mercurity Fintech Holding Forms Subsidiary in Hong Kong to Manufacture AI Cooling Panels

08:27 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mercurity Fintech Holding ( MFH ) said Wednesday it formed a majority-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, Aifinity Base Limited.

The company said Aifinity plans to manufacture advanced liquid cooling panels designed for artificial intelligence infrastructure and high-performance computing.

The panels will specifically enhance the efficiency and performance of Nvidia ( NVDA ) chip-powered GPUs and other high-performance AI accelerators, it added.
