Mercury Systems Shares Rise Pre-Bell Following Swing to Fiscal Q2 Adjusted EPS as Sales Jump

05:42 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mercury Systems ( MRCY ) shares were up almost 23% in premarket activity on Wednesday, a day after the company reported a year-over-year increase in sales and a swing back to adjusted earnings in fiscal Q2.

The company reported late Tuesday fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.07 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.42 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.05.

Net revenue for the quarter that ended Dec. 27 was $223.1 million, up from $197.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $182.4 million.
