MeridianLink Q4 Swings to Net Loss, Revenue Rises; Sets Q1, 2024 Revenue Outlook -- Shares Rise

04:38 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MeridianLink ( MLNK ) reported Q4 net loss late Tuesday of $0.29 per diluted share, compared with a net income of $0.01 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.12.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $74.6 million, up from $70.6 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $74.4 million.

MeridianLink ( MLNK ) said it expects Q1 revenue to be in the range of $75 million to $78 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $79.9 million.

Full year 2024 revenue will be in the range of $313 million and $323 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $326.6 million.

MeridianLink ( MLNK ) shares were up 1.1% in recent after-market activity.
